Round in the mouth, deliciously melting: an escape to Italy! Everything is there to make a real organic risotto: carnaroli rice, artichokes and broth. This risotto is made by the rice producer himself. This family settled in the Po plain has been working rice fields for several generations and in particular varieties suitable for making risottos, the Carnaroli or Arborio varieties.
