Once of the oldest French cheeses, it is referred to as "cherub". It has a smooth, creamy paste with a sweet tang that sticks around. A washed rind, the flavour becomes more pronounced with age.

Try it with a glass of beer,  or a full red (Bordeaux, Burgundy or Cotes-du-Rhone)
