Made from the same milk and manufacturing process as Tomme de Savoie PGI, Tomme Pochat has truffles incorporated into the curd. The truffled taste is thus well balanced and evenly distributed in the cheese.

This cheese has a firm and supple texture with a lactic, sweet to powerful flavour that transforms with aging. 

Enjoy it with a red wine from Savoy, like a Jongieux.
