We offer shipping across Canada and we do our best to find the most affordable and fast shipping for cold items (cheese, butter etc).  If your order is heavy/bulky, there may be an additional shipping charge. We will contact you with further details.

When you checkout, you will need to select your region to calculate the correct shipping amount. 

 

Vancouver Island Shipping: This includes shipping for all items on Vancouver Island, outside of the Comox Valley.  If you order is particularly large, we will contact your for an updated custom shipping quote.

Canada-wide Shipping: Select the correct area or province to calculate the shipping for cold items (butter/cheese etc). If you are ordering non-cold shipment items only, please select custom shipping option and we will contact you with a shipping quote. You may choose to defer payment until you receive the quote.

By selecting shipping to an area outside of the Comox Valley, Campbell River and Qualicum and all areas between these location, you agree to be responsible for the product once the product is handed off to the shipping agent (UPS, Fedex, local courier). Laliberté Cheese & Gourmet Pantry Ltd is not responsible for the product arriving at the destination at a certain temperature and the purchaser acknowledges that the product is not being shipped in cold transport.

The buyer acknowledges that the product is being shipped in an insulated package with ice packs that are intended to keep the product at 4 degrees Celsius or below for 48-72hours.

 

The buyer acknowledges that Laliberté Cheese & Gourmet Pantry Ltd cannot guarantee that the product will arrive at a temperature of 4 degrees and below, or that this temperature was maintained during shipping. The responsibility of the product lies solely with the buyer.
